I realized looking for thrifted stuff online is hard as hell! The top was made by my mom and you can basically make it from any lace (this one was curtain lace) and get a great piece of clothing for cheap money. :)
I was actually amazed that there were no long striped cardigans online, which is really stupid because they are just awesome, but I am sure you can find it in any second hand shop or thrifted shops. This one was bought on the street so I don't really know where they get their stuff from. China perhaps. So if you live there you're lucky ;)
